Recently, Monica Jones, Class of 1983, and her catering company served lunch to the Teachers Sorority Phi Delta Kappa, Alpha Beta Chapter. With pure excitement and nostalgia, Monica spotted Senorita Evonda McDowell attending the luncheon. Ms. McDowell taught Spanish at Whites Creek High School during the 1980s and 1990s. She is pictured serving herself food at the luncheon. COBRAS ARE EVERYWHERE!

In celebration of Black History Month, WCHS Founding Band Director Mr. Robert Churchwell, Jr. was honored by Greater Saint John M. B. Church, Nashville, TN. The event took place Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 11AM (CST). Greater Saint John M. B. Church is pastored by WCHS alumnus and former WCHS Executive Principal Dr. James Bailey.
